Develop an Internal AI Platform for SPRiTEs GPT to save time for Dropboxers writing feedback and managers writing reviews. This AI tool will seamlessly integrate with our HRITS system, facilitating managers in summarizing the impact and feedback derived from existing data within Workday. Additionally, the platform will allow both managers and employees to explore our career frameworks, enabling queries and questions using the data at their disposal. This project will save Dropbox 7,750 to 10,600 hours per year by providing a guided experience to writing Feedback and Reviews, while increasing the quality in a shorter amount of time.

Skills:

. Software engineer with back-end experience (Python and external APIs) required. Experience with ChatGPT API a plus!
