We are seeking a Graphic Designer/ Marketing Associate to join our team! The applicant should be a self-starter, highly organized and detail-oriented. Along with strong communication skills, the applicant should be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Microsoft Office products. The position requires a strong aptitude for quick learning and the ability to meet deadlines with a positive attitude. Commercial Real Estate experience is a plus.Responsibilities:

• Design and produce marketing materials for commercial real estate properties, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital ads.
• Use Adobe InDesign and Canva to create visually compelling layouts and graphics.
• Prepare files for print and digital distribution, ensuring accuracy and adherence to branding guidelines.
• Create eye-catching graphics and engaging designs
• Handle graphic projects from start to finish
• Develop and maintain image library files
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in graphic design or other related fields
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, Constant Contact and Social Media channels
• Creativity, team-spirited and attention to detail a must!
• Experience in the real estate industry a plus
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Education:

• Associate’s or Bachelors Degree, preferably in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media or related major; 2-3 years experience in graphic design or marketing
