The Memphis area did not get above freezing temperatures for multiple days, so the snow on the ground and on roadways has stuck.But warmer weather is on the way. Temperatures this week are trending upwards, with multiple days expected to be above freezing this week.Shelby County has also reported the most weather-related deaths in Tennessee since the start of the winter storm.
