Elizabeth Phillips, founder of No More Victims and executive director of the Phillips Foundation, is a survivor advocate working to reform child protection laws. Following the suicide of her brother Trey—who was sexually abused at Kanakuk Kamps—she successfully championed “Trey’s Law” in Texas and Missouri in 2025. This legislation bans NDAs that silence child victims. She also passed camp safety regulations after families lost daughters at Camp Mystic. As a certified crime victim advocate, her work now scales nationally to prevent abuse, expose negligence, and support recovery for both victims and offenders.
