The Rogers Charity Classic in Calgary achieved a record-breaking $26.6 million in donations for Alberta children’s charities, bringing its total charitable contributions to $164.3 million since its inception. Rogers president Tony Staffieri highlighted the event’s role in strengthening Alberta by supporting youth programs. Rogers kicked off 2025 fundraising with a $1 million donation to Rogers Birdies for Kids. AltaLink CEO Gary Hart emphasized the positive impact on numerous youth-based charities. Richard Green of Australia won the 2025 tournament. The 2026 event is scheduled for August 17-23 at Canyon Meadows Golf Club.
