NASA is opening media accreditation for the Artemis II mission, which is targeted to launch no earlier than February 6. The 10-day test flight will send NASA astronauts Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, Christina Koch, and CSA astronaut Jeremy Hansen on a journey around the Moon. Flight controllers will manage the mission from Johnson Space Center in Houston, which will host daily briefings streamed on NASA’s YouTube. International media must apply by January 16, and U.S. media by January 30. The flight is a key step in preparing for future crewed lunar landings and, eventually, Mars missions.
