We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Home Healthcare Agency in Broward County, primarily covering Hollywood / Hallandale / Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Essential Functions include:

• Complete initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of the patient’s needs at appropriate time points as assigned.
• Participate in the development, implementation and evaluation of the plan of care in partnership with the patient, representative (if any), and caregiver(s) in conjunction with physician.
• Provide services that are ordered by the physician as indicated in the plan of care that includes the appropriate preventive, rehabilitative nursing procedures and education to patient/caregiver(s).
• Provide professional, respectful and compassionate care to all patients.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the care provided to assigned patients.
• Develop home care aide care plan addressing patient’s care needs.
• Provide supervision for Home health Aide and LPN as needed/required by the agency policy and/or State/Federal regulation.

Qualifications/Experience/Skills and Abilities Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.
• Home Healthcare experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Able to lift, reposition, and transfer patients as needed.
