Night Transportation warehouse Supervisor Job Information:

• The position is responsible for working with night pickers and the production team to coordinate orders needed for daily orders being shipped to our clients.
• This position works with inventory sourcing from our warehouse and expediting orders needed for delivery.
• The goal is to have orders organized and ready for drivers to leave by 7am daily
• Shift Times are from 10:00pm-8:00am Monday-Saturday

Night Transportation warehouse Supervisor Requirements:

• Manage and work with warehouse pickers to accurately prepare client orders
• Perform general physical activities load, unload
• Sort and move products and materials by hand or using basic material handling equipment
• Use a pick sheet to find out individual items inside warehouse
• Verify quantity of the products
• Ensure items pick accurately and safely to prevent damage
• Experience with routing software and logistics preferred
• Assist with all orders prior to shipping to ensure accurate load for each driver.
• Manage and help stacking of orders to ensure quality of product from warehouse to client.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Data entry experience
• Ability to adapt to change in accordance with the business needs of the company.
• Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed by the business unit.
• Bilingual Preferred in English and Spanish
• Excellent Computer and Communication Skills
• Must be in the office daily
