Elizabeth Hurley tearfully told the High Court she was devastated that rumors Steve Bing claimed she named their son Damian after the devil were made public. Hurley is suing Associated Newspapers for unlawful information gathering, claiming her phone was tapped and home bugged.
She denied allegations she was used on a “secret mission” to help Hugh Grant’s case, though she admitted being persuaded to join the lawsuit by Grant’s “puppy dog eyes.” The court heard Prince Harry, who comforted Damian during the testimony, also claims he is a victim of the publisher’s unlawful conduct.
