Google co-founders Sergey Brin and Larry Page are reportedly moving business interests out of California. The pair have restructured dozens of limited liability companies (LLCs) into Nevada entities or allowed them to become inactive. Brin moved 15 LLCs, including those managing his superyacht and a private airport terminal, while Page moved 45 LLCs. Page also purchased a $71.9 million mansion in Miami. These moves appear designed to avoid a potential ballot measure proposing a one-time, 5% wealth tax on billionaires who were California residents as of January 1, 2024.
