A climber died on Oregon’s Mount Hood after falling approximately 300 feet, according to the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office. The victim’s body was recovered on Sunday following the incident witnessed by others. While the climber’s identity has not been officially released, officials confirmed the fatality resulted from the severe fall on the mountain’s terrain.
