A comprehensive review of over 20 clinical trials found no strong evidence that cannabis-based medicines effectively relieve neuropathic pain. Despite involving over 2,100 adults, results showed these products did not outperform placebos. While some small improvements were noted with THC-CBD combinations, they were not significant enough to make a meaningful difference in patients’ daily lives.
