Maintain the three easiest houseplants—Snake Plant, ZZ Plant, and Pothos—with basic care.
Water: The most common killer is overwatering. Only water when the soil is completely dry (usually every 2–3 weeks). Ensure pots have drainage holes to prevent root rot.
Light: These plants thrive in low to bright, indirect light. Avoid direct, harsh sun which can scorch leaves, but they are adaptable to dimmer corners.
Maintenance: Dust leaves occasionally to help them breathe. Keep them in a stable temperature (65°F-80°F) and away from drafts. With neglect-tolerant varieties, less is often more.
