Lego unveiled its new Smart Play sets at CES, introducing an interactive element to builds via a single smart brick that adds sounds, lights, and behaviors. The debut lineup is themed for Star Wars and is available for pre-order at Amazon ahead of the March 1 release.
The three sets include the 962-piece Throne Room Duel and A-Wing ($TBD), the $89.99 Luke’s Red Five X-Wing with Smart minifigures, and the $69.99 Darth Vader’s TIE Fighter with motion-activated sounds. These sets bring Star Wars creations to life, ranging from engine roars to lightsaber hums.
