Laurie Canter, despite earning a PGA Tour card after a successful Race to Dubai season, has opted to join LIV Golf’s Majesticks for 2026, forfeiting his PGA Tour eligibility which now passes to Daniel Brown. Canter, who previously played in LIV’s inaugural season and as a reserve, cited the league’s growth and his experience as factors in his decision, crediting it with helping him become a better player. This return follows a period of success on the European tour, including multiple wins and entry into The Players Championship and the Masters. He fills the spot left by Henrik Stenson on the English-based Majesticks team.
